Project Planning
Project Design Document
This online tool helps you organize an initial project idea and turn it into a compact, understandable foundation document for further planning and development.
Purpose and use
At the beginning of a project, important thoughts are often unstructured. This tool collects the essentials in one place and automatically organizes them into a project design document. It does not replace a complete project plan, but it creates a reliable starting point for discussions, tickets, technical decisions and later documentation.
First describe the idea, goal, target audience, important features, requirements and initial technical considerations. The result is a clear template that you can save, download or move into another documentation system or AI tool for further work.
