Game Design Document
This online tool helps you organize an initial game idea and turn it into a clear, structured foundation document for further development.
Purpose and use
Early game ideas often contain many good but unstructured thoughts. This tool collects the most important design information in one place and organizes it into a game design document. It is deliberately not a complete, unchangeable GDD; it is a compact foundation for concept work, development, alignment and later documentation.
Describe the game idea, genre, goal, core loop, mechanics, controls, game world, characters or resources, progression, user interface and initial technical constraints. The tool creates a readable document with stable section titles. You can save or download it, split it into tickets, or pass it to Codex and other AI-assisted development tools.
